Sometimes I want something new but my budget (that’s funny…what budget) tells me otherwise.
Thank god for Target.
I had a jewelry trunk show the other day and stopped by Target to get a couple last minute errands in. So as I looked around for cute party favors and cocktail napkins (surprisingly they had adorable varieties of both) it was this shock of neon pink I kept coming back to.
Somehow this little cross body found its way into my cart and I’m obsessed. Love the striped detail inside and the little tortoise lock.
I have a thing for neons this season and this is a great way for adding a pop of color for less than $30.
Me: “Did you see my new cute purse?” The Boyfriend: “How could I not, it’s seared into my corneas.”
Neiman’s at Christmastime is one of my favorite places. Of all time.
I love their downtown Dallas location; they put up their huge Christmas tree in the make up department and decorate the whole store. I just want to live there.
But now, Neimans will be walking distance at Target this holiday season. NM recruited 24 American designers to create gifts for the discounter between $8 and $500.
Band of Outsiders, Alice+Olivia, Lela Rose, Oscar de la Renta, Marchesa, Tracy Reese…
I am so excited!
It wouldn’t be a week on this blog if I didn’t write about more adorable junk I bought while perusing Target. Originally today’s greater purpose was litter for President Kitty but I quickly re-prioritized upon view of this little pink fedora.
So three bottles of Essie, a navy and pink cotton sundress, this pink fedora and some oranges. I’ll go back tomorrow for kitty litter…
I guess waiting for the Target guest designer frenzy to die down is not as great of an idea as I had originally planned. Slim pickings.
I fell in love with a blush polka dot silk blouse. I have a pink leather skirt this will look amazing with.
I leave for Vegas on Sunday and am thinking this will be the perfect airplane outfit. No one dresses up to travel anymore…
Jason Wu at Target? Well, yes please.
After the absolute mess that was Missoni at Target I think I might wait a couple days before I head over. I checked out the collection online and there are some pretty adorable printed purses & accessories but the main object of my affection are the little silk dresses.
I don’t know who this cute little guy is in all the ads but he looks like President Kitty so I guess I’ll be buying this tote.
